AI Act

Functions: Make AI Agents (beta), Make AI Toolkit, AI Web Search (beta), AI Content Extractor, Make MCP server, 'Maia by Make' (scenario creation via dialogue), AI applications for more than 350 apps; 'Bring your own LLM key' (pricing page, terms page).

Provider’s statement: not publicly documented(the EU AI Act is not mentioned on the make.com pricing, security or terms pages, nor in the DPA, the MSA for Make, the help centre article on AI providers or the Make section of the Celonis Trust Center). No separate AI terms page found for Make; the Celonis MSA (version June 2026) refers to a Celonis AI Addendum for 'AI Features' in the Celonis environment.

Classification (for review, not legal advice): For review: customer typically a deployer (Art. 3(4) AI Act). Workflows and agents trigger actions in connected apps; the classification depends on the specific use (check Annex III, e.g. for HR or assessment workflows). AI providers are downstream sub-processors (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Groq). With 'bring your own LLM key', the customer chooses the model and provider themselves. Not legal advice.
