Provider’s statement: Terms section 2.3 "Use of AI features in accordance with the contract": no use for prohibited practices under Art. 5 EU AI Act and no use that would cause the AI features to be classified as a high-risk AI system, in particular not in the areas of Annex III (including employment, personnel management) or for profiling; content filters must not be circumvented (including via prompt injection). The customer is responsible for input, output and resulting decisions, must review output and inform its users about risks and intended use.
